Use of sunflowers for bridal bouquet

I would like to have sunflowers for my wedding which will be taking place in April/ May 2006 as a casual outdoor wedding. I was wondering what boutineeres would make a nice compliment to the sunflower and also be able to be incorporated into my bouquet to have continuity?

Virginia beach reception

I am trying to find a location on the beach where I can have a barbecue and alcohol for a reception in October. There will be 150 - 200 people.
